Napa Valley Life Church exists for the glory of God, to multiply Christ-exalting disciples, in obedience to the Great Commandment.
Our Distinctives
Spirit-empowered Prayer
Pray at all times in the Spirit with every prayer and request, and stay alert with all perseverance and intercession for all the saints.
Ephesians 6:18
Gospel-driven Community
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer.
Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and signs were being performed through the apostles. Now all the believers were together and held all things in common. They sold their possessions and property and distributed the proceeds to all, as any had need. Every day they devoted themselves to meeting together in the temple, and broke bread from house to house. They ate their food with joyful and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. Every day the Lord added to their number those who were being saved.
Acts 2:42-47
Unashamed Evangelism
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, first to the Jew, and also to the Greek.
Roman 1:16
God-fearing Worship
But an hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and in truth. Yes, the Father wants such people to worship him.
John 4:23
“And now, Israel, what does the LORD your God ask of you except to fear the LORD your God by walking in all his ways, to love him, and to worship the LORD your God with all your heart and all your soul? Keep the LORD’s commands and statutes I am giving you today, for your own good.
Deuteronomy 10:12,13

THE LOVE OF CHRIST
The love of Christ is that, while we rebelled against God, Christ still died for us. He took our sins on the cross. If we call out to Christ, we will be saved and given life through his death.
WHAT IS A DISCIPLE?
A disciple is simply a follower of Christ. So what does it mean to follow? A follower is desperate to know the leader, to become like the leader. Discipleship is a life-long process of becoming more like Christ. We do this together as a church.
