About NVLIFE Student Ministries
We are family! Here at NVLC, our youth group exists to help students from 6th-12th grade develop their own personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Faith, family, and friends come together in a way that is fun, exciting, and relatable. We look intently into God's word and bring it to life for the students of Napa in a way that they can apply to their daily lives.
What We Believe
We believe that Jesus Christ is the one and only Savior, that he died on the cross to save us from our sins, and three days later he rose from the tomb and conquered death forever. It is that belief, and that belief alone, that drives everything we teach and do. Through that perfect gift from God our salvation is secure in Christ if we choose to accept it (John 3:16, John 14:6).
What to Expect
We meet every Wednesday night from 6-7:30 p.m. in our gymnasium. We have an organized game and ice breaker to get the night rolling. We then move to worship music and prayer time, followed by jumping into God's Word. Through teaching, we see how to apply the Bible to topics like social media, relationships, friends, and family as well as school and our community. We have a ton of fun and do numerous "go-nights" throughout the year including camp in the summer. You will have fun, learn God's truths, and be able to apply them in a way that changes the world.
